Sao Paulo, Brazil - Renowned American intellectual and world-renowned linguist Noam Chomsky has been discharged from the Beneficencia Portuguesa Hospital in Sao Paulo, where he had been undergoing treatment for neurological issues.
According to hospital officials, Chomsky, 95, will continue his treatment at home after being discharged. The 95-year-old dissident and author has been experiencing speech difficulties and partial paralysis on the right side of his body since last year.
