Julie Vanloo and Antonia Delaere added 13 points apiece in the winning effort.
For Spain, Megan Gustafson tallied a game-high 21 points and seven rebounds, while Maite Cazorla chipped in 13 points.
Earlier in the day, Australia secured its spot in the semifinals with an 85-67 victory over Serbia. Later, Germany is set to face France, and the United States will take on Nigeria.
