A hacking group calling itself "Anonymous for Justice in Palestine" has announced that it has gained access to the documents of the Israeli Ministry of War, releasing sensitive information online. The group claims to have obtained identification papers, checks, and personal data from ministry employees.
The Hebrew website Vinenet reports that the Israeli Ministry of War has yet to comment on the breach. This is not the first time Anonymous has targeted the Israeli regime, as they previously published hacked documents from the Ministries of Justice and War.
The hacking incident is the latest in a string of cyber-attacks against Israeli institutions since the start of the Palestinian operation at Al-Aqsa. The hackers' motivations remain unclear, but the release of sensitive information could potentially expose vulnerabilities in Israel's security systems.
