10 Killed in Missile Attack on Occupied Golan; Hezbollah Denies Involvement

On Saturday evening, the area of Majdal Al-Shams in the occupied Golan Heights was targeted by a missile attack, resulting in the death of 10 people and the injury of at least 30 others, some of whom are in critical condition.

While some Hebrew sources reported that a suicide drone was used in the operation, Hezbollah denied any connection with the attack.

A Hezbollah official told Reuters that the attack on Majdal Al-Shams was not the work of the Lebanese Islamic Resistance.

In a statement, Hezbollah also denied any involvement in the incident, stating that it "categorically rejects false claims" regarding its involvement.

Eyewitnesses and media sources have speculated that the casualties may have been caused by an interceptor missile from the Iron Dome system, which may have landed in the Golan.
