The dead toll from a gunman attack in Ethiopia's western Oromia region has climbed, according to new witness evidence, with between 260 and 320 civilians slain on Saturday.
The bill will be submitted in Parliament next week with reports indicating Yair Lapid will take over as interim prime minister until new elections are held.
