This is the power of Japan, which has taught the world that our longevity, the secret of staying young, the secret of keeping our teeth safe is not in our genes but in our lifestyle and by making some small changes, we can live comfortably for 115 to 120 years. Apart from this, you can stay healthy and keep yourself energetic completely.

Due to this they eat less and stay healthy, another version of this, which is practiced in Congo, where people eat food as slowly as possible. So that the signal goes to the brain and it tells you to stop and friends, it has also been said in our Vedic system that eat food after chewing it 32 times and then chew the food so much that it becomes like water. Drink food and eat water, all this has only one purpose that you eat slowly, eat less and when you eat less then, your intestine gets rest. Your body gets more nutrition, gut will not have to work hard and your life will automatically get longer.
The second one that the Japanese follow is, "They consider food as meditation ritual ". Let us look at our lifestyle, how we eat food today. But for the Japanese, it is a sacred ritual of theirs, as if it is their worship, a yagya or a meditation. Where they sit, they first eat the food together. Due to its activity, our whole mind becomes calm, apart from that, the Japanese do not get distracted at that time.
Food is taken in a small plate, so that less food is available and little food is taken, chewing it well and eating it with complete awareness. What happens when you eat with awareness and eat slowly? Our digestion happens on three levels. first from our mouths. Tylin is released from the salivary gland, where starch is digested. Then our stomach, the food that comes here, is digested by gastric lipase and pepsin enzyme and finally when it reaches the small intestine. So there, pancreatic Enzymes, pancreatic Lipase, Trypsin, Chymotrypsin, they digest the food completely. In this way, they have three levels of digestion, but if you believe that you will eat food quickly without awareness, then this upper and stomach one, this digestion will not happen and because of this people get IBS, Food is not digested, it becomes gas and after some time it starts showing on your health, wrinkles appear on the face, food is not digested and due to this your age increases, age becomes younger.

But finding purpose in your life is very important. Because when you find your purpose, don't you walk in your purpose, then life does miracles for you at every step.

This is power, every moment a miracle starts happening in your life and all the powers of the universe support you. Because then you are not doing your work, then you are doing the work of the universe. This is the power to find your purpose, the first step to find the purpose should be to ask yourself the question – which one? Is it less? Whatever I enjoy, I can do it for free and secondly ask for what work or how I can use my gift, my talent inside me properly? By doing this I can make this earth a better place to live. Answer these two questions, you will start getting your purpose.
The fourth point that the Japanese follow is - walk-walk-walk. I met a Chinese teacher once and asked - you talk about energy, what is this energy and why should we exercise? He told that as long as you are walking, there is a power inside you, which gives you, life and energy and that is "CHI" or "CHI" whatever you call it. Because telomere only defines when we will die and how much our aging will be, if telomere becomes short then understand that we have become old and death is about to come.
But telomerase makes telomeres and the way to make telomerase is to be happy and the way is to exercise. Stretching and strength are two important components. Which should remain in our body, when we stretch the body, no matter how many negative emotions are there. It starts swallowing in our joints, some in the hip joint, some in the elbow joint, and when our bones and muscles get strength, it gives us strength, courage, and the body feels good, energy is felt and this is the reason for the Japanese because of which they remain young, their teeth do not break and they always keep smiling.
You will hardly find someone in Japan who is very fat. They regulate their weight in the same way. That's why you should include movement, or exercise, in your lifestyle or you can roam in the park, you can walk while talking on the phone, you can do some stretching, whatever you do. But when you do this, your old tissues break down and get replaced by new tissues and when you have new tissues, you will look younger, look better, look handsome and the last point is last but not the least "Love and Care" My friend had a brain stroke, his age was not much 36-37 at that time. So, his wife decided that I will not remarry again. He had a son and his father had become very old, was on his bed, he was just preparing to die. But when his son died, he looked at the child and saw that his wife, she has decided that she will remain in his house, so she started going to the gym every day, taking nutritious food, exercising and such practices. Started looking 20 years younger than his age. This is the power of love because they realized that who will take care of this child after I am gone? It needs support and for this I have to reduce my age.
